About ElmTree

ElmTree, with two convenient locations in Hawley and White Mills, PA, was founded by Susan Pasquini, a Physical Therapist, with the goal of collaborating with like-minded people to create an environment, both for physical therapy and wellness, where the patient truly comes first. This includes having one-on-one treatment, having physical therapists that are easily accessible, and treating everyone with respect. From the moment you contact us, you become part of our ElmTree family. So stop by and say Hi! We can't wait to show you the ElmTree difference.

Integrity - The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, which leads to trust and inspires confidence.

Excellence – The relentless pursuit of quality in all we do.
